REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Saikas IT-Solutions Pvt Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality IT services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

By engaging us for services or making a payment through our website or via invoice, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Project Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel an ongoing project (e.g., website development, software application, or consulting project), you must provide a written cancellation request via email to info@Saikas-it.com
      1. Initial Stage: If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial payment and before the project kickoff meeting or requirements gathering has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus administrative/processing fees (approx. 5%).
      2. Mid-Project: If the project has already commenced, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. The initial deposit/advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers resource allocation and project setup.
    2. Cancellation of Recurring Services (AMC / SEO / Hosting): For services billed on a recurring basis (e.g., Annual Maintenance Contracts, SEO retainers, or Server Management):
      1. You must provide 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel the service.
      2. Cancellations made without sufficient notice will result in the billing of the subsequent month.
    3. Cancellation by Saikas IT-Solutions Pvt Ltd.: We reserve the right to terminate a project or service at any time if:
      1. The client breaches the terms of the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
      2. The client fails to make payments within the stipulated time frame.
  • The client is abusive or uncooperative with our staff.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  1. Refund Policy
    1. Completed Work: Due to the nature of digital services, Saikas IT-Solutions Pvt Ltd. does not offer refunds for work that has already been completed, delivered, or approved.

Once a milestone is approved by the client (e.g., UI Design approval, Beta Release approval), payments made for that milestone are non-refundable.

  1. Third-Party Costs (Strictly Non-Refundable): Payments made for third-party services or products are never refundable, as these are paid immediately to external vendors. These include, but are not limited to:
    1. Domain Name Registration.
    2. Web Hosting or Cloud Server Fees (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • SSL Certificates.
  1. Paid Plugins, Themes, or Software Licenses purchased on your behalf.
  1. Processing of Refunds:
    1. If a refund is approved by our management, it will be processed within 7-14 business days.
    2. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Transfer/Credit Card).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
  1. Disputes and Chargebacks: We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues regarding project delivery or quality.
    1. “Bugs” or technical errors found during the testing phase are part of the development process and are rectified under the agreed scope of work; they do not constitute grounds for a full refund.
    2. Filing a transaction dispute or chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with Saikas IT-Solutions Pvt Ltd. will result in the immediate suspension of all services and potential legal action to recover due funds.
  1. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
